With over 20 years of experience in the food industry, spanning procurement of raw materials, manufacturing, distribution, and sales, I established Daikou Shoji in Osaka in 2016. While our beginnings were modest, thanks to the warm support and trust of our clients, partners, and stakeholders, we are proud to celebrate our 10th anniversary in 2026.
